If you would've banned BP from selling in the United States until they plugged the Deep Horizon fiasco they would've moved heaven & hell to cap it & got it done in a few weeks... (instead of it still spewing poison into the gulf today)

Sorry, pal, it doesn't work that way. There's no magic wand that will stop the oil spill in a few weeks. It's obvious that the technology to stop a spill 5,000 feet under water is sorely lacking. From everything I've heard and read the spill will not be controlled completely anytime soon.

There has been offshore drilling for decades, trying to stick this on Obama is lame.
What about all the BP gas station workers that would then be unemployed in this crappy economy?

About 99% of the BP retail outlets R private owned the pay to have the sign up and to accept the BP card ( run through Chase ) , are locked into multi year deals , can buy no other gas .
